May 23rd Texas Style Beef Brisket

June 27th Smokin’ Fish - Cedar Plank Salmon, etc.

July 11th Pork Shoulder – Pulled Pork

August 22nd Exotic – Rabbit/Goat

Sept. 19 Go Wild – Venison/Wild Boar

Each class will end with a dinner including sides and two cold beverages.
